Is it
safe to use my credit card?
YES. We have taken every precaution to make your
transactions secure. Our payment processing system
performs industry-standard Address Verification
System (AVS) and Card Verification Value (CVV) checks to prevent
credit card fraud. Midwest Nutrition also protects you from
fraudulent activity with the following:
Advanced risk modeling.
Our payment processing system employs advanced risk modeling to detect fraudulent transaction
cues across multiple services. The system also actively leverages
external, cross-industry resources-such as worldwide fraud
blacklists to prevent fraudulent users from accessing the
checkout feature in the first place.
Automatic fraud detection.
The Midwest Nutrition payment processing system proactively identifies and filters out fraudulent
transactions. All fraudulent transactions are immediately
cancelled after being detected. Any active orders associated
with the same credit card will also be cancelled to protect you.
Our payment
processing digital fraud prevention tools help stop invalid
orders making it safer to purchase across the web.
Can I fax my
order.
Yes, there is a fax/mail printout online coming soon. This
feature will allow you to print your order out, write in your credit card
information etc. and fax to 1-708-687-2648. Please allow 24
hours to process a fax order submission.
If you do not
include payment information or there is questionable information
submitted by fax we will have to contact you by phone. We accept
all major credit cards and also accept checks by phone. All
orders placed by fax instead of through our online shopping cart
will be charged the same shipping amount as you would pay
online. The same shipping charges apply to every order. ALL
account information submitted to us is safely isolated from
unauthorized Internet access. Please provide a valid
address, phone and fax number, email address and payment method.
Orders cannot be shipped/delivered without proper information
and payment in full.
How can I pay
for my order?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We
also accept check by phone; You will need your routing number,
checking account number and check number to process your order.
Your check can be authorized as a credit card. If you prefer, we accept checks and money orders
by standard mail. Orders paid by check will
not be processed until the funds have been verified.
Orders paid by money order are sent within 24 hours after
receiving payment. If you are sending a money order or check,

How much will
my shipping charges be?
During the order process, you will be given a "standard
shipping" method and list of different
UPS shipping methods from which you can pick the shipping option that suits
you. The total cost of goods and the cost of shipping are
clearly displayed. Any fraction of a pound over the weight shown
is calculated by UPS as the next poundage (example: 9.3 lbs is
actually a charged a 10 lb package rate by UPS). If your order
does not show any shipping charges, that is a mistake. We will
e-mail you your correct total with shipping A.S.A.P. If you are
shipping to a P.O. box or a military address your order will
have to be sent by U.S. Priority Mail.
Does Midwest
Nutrition ship to Alaska and Hawaii?
Yes, UPS shipping rates to Alaska and Hawaii are higher than
shipping within the continental US. Please

for shipping rates to these destinations. You can choose
UPS 2 Day Air or US Postal Service for shipments to these
states.
What is
shipping weight?
Shipping weight is the poundage UPS charges to ship a particular
package. Any fraction of a pound over the weight shown is
calculated by UPS as the next poundage (example 9.3 lbs is
actually charged as a 10 lb package by UPS).
Do packages
ship out on Saturday or Sunday?
No. UPS only picks up packages on weekdays. Orders placed
Saturday and Sunday are shipped on Monday. Orders placed after
the cutoff on Friday will be shipped on Monday.
How do I
estimate Next day, 2 Day and 3 Day UPS delivery days?
What about
Military Orders: Apo, Fpo addresses?
All Military orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail. US mail
to the various military addresses takes anywhere from one to
eight weeks for delivery as we have been recently seeing delays
in military shipments. The Us Postal Service has no tracking on
military orders. Any damages or claims must be reported to us
within 24 hours of receipt of the package. If the package is
damaged, take the damaged package to the military postal unit
and file a report.
Is there a
cut off time for air orders to ship the same day.
Yes, generally orders placed after 2:00 pm central time are
shipped the following business day. If you need an order shipped
by air service and it is after 2:00 pm call or
contact
our sales department.
International
orders?
At this time we are not accepting any international credit card
orders. We do not ship our products outside of the United
States.
What if there
is a problem with my order?
All problems with orders must be reported by
e-mail
within 24 hours of receiving the order. All orders go through a
three person check system so please check your package
thoroughly before calling.
Return

To protect
against credit card fraud, does Midwest Nutrition have very strict
guidelines concerning credit card usage over the internet?
YES.
ALL INTERNET
ORDERS ARE PERSONALLY EXAMINED AND HAVE TO BE ADDRESSED TO THE
CREDIT CARD HOLDER (THE NAME ON THE CREDIT CARD). At
Midwest Nutrition we use state of the art “Address Verification System”
and a “Credit Card Verification Value” check before even
processing any order.
ALL INTERNET ORDERS MUST BE SHIPPED TO THE BILLING ADDRESS OF
THE CREDIT CARD HOLDER OR THE CARDHOLDERS COMMERCIAL WORK
ADDRESS. All first time orders and any order sent to an
address that has an apartment number will require a signature.
Please make sure the name and address you enter as the billing
address is correct. If the name and address you enter does not
match the name and address that the credit card company has for
that credit card account, the order will be canceled. If your
billing address is a P.O. box then we can ship your order to
your home address or your work address but we will require a
signature when the package is delivered. Also, any order that
has an invalid email address and phone number will not be
shipped under any condition. Please make sure you enter a valid
email address and phone number.
We check extensively for stolen and fraudulently used
credit cards.
When Using a
Credit Card Please Make Sure:

*There Is Enough Credit Available
*The Credit Card Is Activated
*You Know Your Billing Address (the Address Your Credit Card Is
Registered To)
*All Credit Cards Are Checked Thoroughly to Verify Billing

Address
Corrections
Any address that is changed by the customer or shipper after the
order is shipped will be charged an address correction fee of
$10.00. Any address that is given incorrectly and has to be
changed by either, the customer, Midwest Nutrition, or the
shipping company will be charged an address correction fee
imposed by the shipping company of $10.00.
Examples: No apartment number given, Wrong zip code, Wrong
street number, etc.
What if
Midwest Nutrition doesn’t have all of the items in stock?
If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will e-mail you
comparable substitution options or if no reply to our
substitution email we will take the out of
stock item off the order.

Guarantees
Midwest Nutrition is not responsible for ANY health or fitness
claims, and ANY general or specific guarantees made by ANY
manufacturers of ANY product.
